“Vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes and e-pipes are some of the many terms used to describe electronic nicotine delivery systems,” according to fda.gov.
A vaping pen or e-cig uses a liquid that may contain nicotine, as well as different levels of flavorings – fruit and coffee are common – along with chemicals such as propylene glycol, according to the website for the Food and Drug Administration.
