CAIRE Inc has begun early sign-ups for its FreshAire customer portal on the tradeshow floor of the 2015 Medtrade Fall Conference in Atlanta (Oct 26-29, 2015).

Logging in to the portal will allow providers access to clinical data, education and VIP services and events. Customers can choose to participate in a frequent buyer program and take advantage of monthly specials.

The program, which is currently available for US customers only, was designed with the manufacturer/clinician/provider relationship in mind, and provides participants with concierge level service, support and product training, according to CAIRE.

Also at Medtrade, CAIRE will give attendees a sneak peek of its next-gen Freestyle POC. Its updated Freestyle concentrator includes a user-replaceable battery pack, a new, durable, user-friendly power supply connection, and a longer battery life.
