Drive Medical and DeVilbiss Healthcare have completed their scheduled business integration and will now be known as Drive | DeVilbiss Healthcare Inc and will operate as one company in North America, according to a Drive news announcement.
As of October 26, 2015, the entire DeVilbiss product line, including all sleep therapy products, oxygen concentrators, aerosol machines and suction equipment, will be able to be combined and consolidated with Drive’s entire portfolio of medical products.
In Europe and the rest of the world, Drive and DeVilbiss will continue to operate as separate entities.
“We have spent the past few months aligning our internal operations to ensure that customers have a seamless experience when conducting business with the new Drive | DeVilbiss Healthcare. Customers now have access to both Drive and DeVilbiss products from one source,” said Harvey P. Diamond, CEO of Drive. “DeVilbiss products, including oxygen concentrators, sleep therapy products, nebulizers and suction equipment, are all stocked and available to all customers from our distribution facilities located throughout North America”.
