It combines many innovative features to allow the caregiver unrestrained access to patients and their needs and programmable therapy modules to assist the caregiver with often time-consuming pulmonary therapies. Features include Therapy-On-Demand® Modules that offer continuous lateral rotation therapy (CLRT) and percussion and vibration therapies to aid in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary complications related to immobility. It also features a turn-assist feature that facilitates easier patient handling with fewer staff to carry out routine patient care and helps reduce the risk of injury to caregiver and patients; and the Opti-Rest Comfort Modality, which provides a wave-like motion, with cushion pressures alternating to enhance patient comfort.
