Medquip Inc, Bluffton, SC, will donate a small percentage of its profits to environmental causes worldwide.
The company, which manufactures and distributes the Arial brand of nebulizers, is the first medical manufacturer to join One Percent for the Planet, an alliance of corporation that recognize their responsibility to and dependence on a healthy environment by donating at least 1% of their annual sales to environmental organizations worldwide.
“We recognize that all businesses make purchasing decisions for their own reasons,” said Craig Bright, the CEO of Medquip, “therefore, I would like to thank personally our customers for their support, which is allowing my company to give something back for all our sakes.”
