Invacare Corp will sponsor the National Veterans Golden Age Games, taking place from May 31 until June 5, 2012, in St. Louis. The Games, which celebrate their 26th year, offer the largest sports and recreation competition in the world for military veterans age 55 and older.

More than 700 veterans will travel to the Games to compete in sports such as swimming, cycling, golf, track and field, bowling, table tennis and others, with 14 competitive events in all. Events are open to all US military veterans age 55 or older who are currently receiving care at any VA medical facility.
